Me

The short story: I am a Bangladeshi-American writer, Muslim and financial analyst (:

The long story: As a kid, I fell in love with superheroes from the likes of Alexander the Great to Bruce Wayne. I began to write sonnets before I ever had my heart broken and I "published" my own horror stories.
(Oh, and I painted a unicorn that went on tour in Japan.)

At twenty, a combination of ennui and gluttony overtook my curiosity, and I went from bakery to bakery in search of all things pretty and frosted.

This blog is an amalgam of all of the above- my coming of age, my writing and my sweet tooth.
